The Villas Menorca Sur are set on the hillside of "Torre Solí Nou". This extensive group of brand new two and three bedroom villas benefit from Air-conditioning, wide screen TV-SAT and a USB connector, satellite channels  and each one has a private swimming pool of approximately 7 x 4 m. Each villa is surrounded by a lovely private garden with a variety of native plants. The distance to the beautiful Son Bou beach and the commercial area is about 2 kms.  Car hire is necessaray as the area of Torre Solí is residential and you will have to drive into the centre of the resort to make any type of purchase.
