The Space

Villa Ocreparc is the perfect villa if you a looking for a sense of privacy during your holiday as it is located on an elevated plot from street level and is surrounded by trees. Similarly, it also has a gated driveway with steps up that lead up to the main entrance. This bright and traditional villa comprises of a fully equipped kitchen, living room with fireplace and a dining area, all of which are completely open plan; with high ceilings and patio doors that lead out onto the pool terrace, it has a bright and airy feel. There are three bedrooms, two twin rooms that share a family bathroom and a double that has its own en-suite and patio doors that also lead out onto the pool terrace. The villa also has free Wi-Fi and a safe.

The outside space provides the perfect enviroment to relax and enjoy the summer sun, with sunbeds and a private swimming pool, alternatively for those more energetic there is a table tennis table. There is also a covered terrace furnished with a table and chairs, perfect for al-fresco dining. Finally, there is a brick barbecue.
