The Space
Villa Nero is a modern detached villa situated in Son Parc. It comprises of three bedrooms, one double and two twin rooms, and two bathrooms, one en-suite and one family. All bedrooms have working air-conditioning. The kitchen is fully fitted and equpped with a dishwasher and a washing machine. The living room is modern and very comfortable, with a TV (with limited English channels) and a DVD player.
From the living-dining room you can access a spacious covered terrace that has been furnished with tables and chairs making it a perfect space to relax and dine with families and friends al-fresco. The terrace also has a barbecue and leads out to a private swimming pool 9 x 4.5m with roman steps.
Prices are for a maximum of occupancy of 5/6 people, a discount of £50 a week applies for four people or less.
Location
All of the facilities Son Parc has to offer are reachable within a short walk making Villa Ocreparc a great choice for your villa holiday. Son Parc is famed for its stunning sandy beach as well as being home to the island's only golf course. The area also has a good selection of shops, cafes and restaurants in its centre.
Villa Nero finds itself situated at least 1.7km from the nearest amenities, 2.7km from the nearest beach and 27km from the airport.

As from 1st July 2016 the Balearic Government imposed a Tourism Eco Tax of 2.20€ (VAT included) for the first 8 nights stay per person per night. From the ninth night of the stay onwards, the amount is reduced to 1.10€ (VAT included) per person per night. The tax applies to all guests over the age of 16 and is payable on arrival at the property managers check-in reception in office.
