The Space
This wonderful villa was completely refurbished in 2014 and is located in Binissafua Rotters. It comprises of a living/dining room with direct access to the garden and swimming pool, fully equipped kitchen, a utility room, three twin bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms and one cloakroom. All rooms are on one level and have air-conditioning.
Villa Bini Guillermo has been refurbished with quality furnishings and fittings. The whole house has been designed for wheelchair users.
This villa boasts lovely sea views from the garden and pool area. Connected to the lounge is a covered porch area, furnished with table and chairs for outdoor dining.
The swimming pool measures 8m x 4m, has roman steps and sunbathing terrace on one side. There is also an area with artificial grass that is ideal for small children to play.
Location
The small beach of Binissafua is a white sandy cove located in the south coast of Menorca close to the town of Sant Lluis and next to Binibeca. The beach is small, and U-shaped which means that it’s well protected against any waves. The waters are shallow making it the perfect beach for young families. There are a couple of restaurants in the area within walking distance of the villa, and more restaurants in Binibeca and Sant Lluis.
Binissafua beach is a 5 minute walk via a coastal path and other south coast beaches (Binidaí, Binibeca, Punta Prima, Alcaufar) are a 5 – 10 minutes drive away. Sant Lluis and Sant Clemente, where you will find all local amenities (shops, supermarket, pharmacy, banks, etc) are a 5 minutes drive away in opposite directions. Mahón is 10 minutes by car.

From the ninth night of the stay onwards, the amount is reduced to 1.10€ (VAT included) per person per night. The tax applies to all guests over the age of 16 and is payable on arrival at the property managers check-in reception in office.
