The Space
Villa Áncora is a single storey detached property that comprises of 3 bedrooms, one double with en-suite bathroom and two twin bedrooms, one family bathroom, a fully equiped kitchen, living/dining room with free Wi-Fi and a laundry room. From the living/dining room you can access the covered terrace that also leads out to an open terrace, which is great for al-fresco dining, and a private swimming pool and built-in barbeque. The swimming pool (8m x 4m) is surrounded by plenty of space to sunbathe and some grassed area with plants which provide plenty of privacy.
This villa is perfect for anyone thinking of renting a hire car during their stay as it has a shaded area for parking.
Location
Binibeca Vell is well known for it's charming and pinturesque Fishermen Village. Located next to the sea, west area of the resort. Although the "Vell" name refers to old in menorquin, the truth is this is the modern area of Binibeca. Located only 300 meters away from the beach, it also has 2 little supermarkets in the area and a few restaurants. You will also find hidden bathing areas around the rocky cliffs of the resort.
Villa Áncora is a 7 minute drive from the town of Sant Lluís. In addition to this, the villa finds itself 1.12km from the beach, a 5 to 10 minute drive from the other southern beaches, and a 20 minute drive from the northern beaches. The journey from the airport to the property is within 20 minutes. Finally, Villa Cristina finds itself 400m from the nearest supermarket and 13km from the Airport.

As from 1st July 2016 the Balearic Government imposed a Tourism Eco Tax of 2.20€ (VAT included) for the first 8 nights stay per person per night. From the ninth night of the stay onwards, the amount is reduced to 1.10€ (VAT included) per person per night. The tax applies to all guests over the age of 16 and is payable on arrival at the property managers check-in reception in office.
