The Space
Villa Aire is situated 3 roads back from the sea front and is perfect for a relaxing holiday in Menorca, with amenities and the beautiful beach of Punta Prima just a short distance away. The villa is a smart 3 bedroom property with a private swimming pool and heater (extra cost) for the colder months.
The villa is on 2 levels and is located on an enclosed plot of land with a garden and space to park a car. The terraces of the villa can be accessed by both the patio doors of the living/dining room and a separate door leading from the kitchen. The pool and terraces are bordered with flowering shrubs which add a splash of colour.
The ground floor has a living/dining room, an independent kitchen, two twin bedrooms with a bathroom and shower room adjacent. Upstairs the villa has a master bedroom with a king size bed and an en-suite bathroom. The master bedroom also has doors which open out onto a spacious partially covered terrace which overlooks the swimming pool and surrounding area.
The villa has air conditioning units in the living/dining room, the two twin bedrooms and the master bedroom upstairs. These can also be used for heating. Wi-fi and air conditioning are included in the price. There is an extra charge for the use of the pool heater. There are beach umbrellas for use to take to the beach.
Location
Punta Prima is 15 minutes from the airport. There are regular buses to nearby towns and the capital of Mahon. From Mahon there are good bus services to the rest of the island. All public transport facilities run from May until October. There is a chemist on the promenade which is open 7 days a week and the owner speaks very good English. There is a doctor is a 5 minutes walk away who also speaks English. There is a water park, Splash about a 5 minute drive away.
The beach at Punta Prima is perfect for families with shallow waters and crystal clear turquoise water. The resort and beach overlooks the famous “Isla Del Aire” a small island with a lighthouse and home to the famous black lizard.

As from 1st July 2016 the Balearic Government imposed a Tourism Eco Tax of 2.20€ (VAT included) for the first 8 nights stay per person per night. From the ninth night of the stay onwards, the amount is reduced to 1.10€ (VAT included) per person per night. The tax applies to all guests over the age of 16 and is payable on arrival at the property managers check-in reception in office.
