Villa Eduard

A modern, practical and well-equipped villa. Villa Eduard is a villa with quality finishes, large spaces and distributed on one floor. It has everything you need to enjoy a fantastic holiday in Menorca and it has air conditioning in all bedrooms and also in the living room.
Inside the villa, a hallway distributes a first master bedroom, with a double bed, wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom with shower. In addition, a complete independent bathroom and two other double bedrooms, with single beds and built-in wardrobes. All rooms with a large window that gives direct access to the pool terrace.
The kitchen is practical and modern and independent, equipped with a dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator and microwave. At the end of the hallway, a huge space occupied by a large dining and living room area with SMART TV, properly furnished and with large windows that give access to the covered outdoor terrace, presided over by a fantastic built-in barbecue.
From the covered terrace of the villa we can access, on one side, the terrace of the house with sea views, and on the other, the pool area. The gardens are well maintained and are in Menorcan style, with flowers and native plants with a gravel base.
