The Space
This luxury villa divided into three levels, access to the main floor is divided into a nice living room with open kitchen with separate pantry, connected in turn to the outside terrace and a practical summer dining room, covered with awnings for good shade to enjoy a pleasant meals al fresco. On the same floor, Villa Marisa has two double rooms with twin beds, one with en suite and direct access to the terrace, and the other, a bit smaller and with separate bathroom in the hallway. Rising from the dining room to the first floor are the bedrooms, each with splendid sea view and terrace. The first bedroom is equipped with double bed and its main feature an en-suite built with open spaces -, imagine the pleasure to start the day with a morning shower with views and with the added privilege not to be seen. The second bedroom is enabled with double bed with en-suite and differs from the rest by having a built-in wardrobe. It also has direct access to the terrace and equally enjoying beautiful sea views. All rooms air conditioning, a hair dryer, plus a safety deposit box in each of the main rooms. The third floor is located in the pool area which has a fabulous terrace with loungers and parasols, plus a separate bathroom, also has another room with twin beds with en suite that offers multiple uses, and can serve as guest room for service personnel or baby sitter, as playroom for children as it is provided with a play-station , and even as room where watch TV or read a while. Just down the pool, is the multi-games area to entertain the younger members of the house is equipped with mini golf, goal for mini football, tennis net, badminton etc ... and all you want to add small. In the outdoor area, Villa Marisa is bordered by gardens distributed in parterres, incorporating access stairs from the main entrance to the pool, and although the town is flat on the inside does not make it accessible for people with disabilities. Location
Villa Marisa is located in the lower part of San Jaime and within walking distance of the beach of Son Bou, you can go a pleasant walk, past the shopping center where you will find a pleasant summer atmosphere with bars, shops and restaurants as well as the bus stop, pharmacy, etc.
Being one of the larger dedicated Menorcan holiday resorts Son Bou has many facilities to offer for the perfect beach holiday. Water sports – Kayaking, Watersking,banana boat rides, snorkeling, pedalos and a long, long sandy beach backed with extensive sand dunes,not concrete hotel blocks. Ideal for families with younger children and those just looking for a relaxing holiday. Night life at Son Bou is varied with restaurants, bars, shops, hotels and a ten pin bowling hall and entertainments centre. Alternatively you can venture into nearby Alaior early mornings and evenings to wander through the old towns’ pretty streets or travel to Mahon or Es Castell with their lively harbours and old towns for a wide range of shops, restaurants and nightlife.

As from 1st July 2016 the Balearic Government imposed a Tourism Eco Tax of 2.20€ (VAT included) for the first 8 nights stay per person per night. From the ninth night of the stay onwards, the amount is reduced to 1.10€ (VAT included) per person per night.
The tax applies to all guests over the age of 16 and is payable on arrival at the property managers check-in reception in office.
