The Space
Villa Llebeig 155 is a fresh looking detached villa with sea views which caters perfectly for six guests and has been designed with disabled access in mind.
The villa lies in the quieter area of Torre Soli and a stones throw away from the local supermarket. It comprises of a large and comfortable living room with TV, DVD and free Wi-Fi internet with sliding doors that lead out to the outside pool terrace and garden. One of the bedrooms has been adapted for individuals with limited movement and is located at the entrance of the villa and there is a spacious walk in shower room nearby. Climbing a few stairs there is a master bedroom with sea views and a en-suite shower room; additionaly there is a twin bedroom. Fans can be provided for all bedrooms.
The south facing exteriors of the villa have been furnished to a comfortable standard, the well planned ramps permits easy movement. The private, rectangular swimming pool measures 8m x 4m.

Location
Being one of the larger dedicated Menorcan holiday resorts Son Bou has a wide range of activities to offer for the perfect beach holiday, including various water sports – kayaking, waterskiing, banana boat rides, snorkeling, pedalos. In addition, it also has a beautiful sandy beach backed with extensive sand dunes, not concrete hotel blocks. Ideal for families with younger children and those just looking for a relaxing holiday.
Night life at Son Bou is varied with restaurants, bars, shops, hotels and a ten pin bowling hall and entertainments centre. Alternatively you can venture into nearby Alaior early mornings and evenings to wander through the old towns’ pretty streets or travel to Mahon or Es Castell with their lively harbours and old towns for a wide range of shops, restaurants and nightlife.

As from 1st July 2016 the Balearic Government imposed a Tourism Eco Tax of 2.20€ (VAT included) for the first 8 nights stay per person per night. From the ninth night of the stay onwards, the amount is reduced to 1.10€ (VAT included) per person per night. The tax applies to all guests over the age of 16 and is payable on arrival at the property managers check-in reception in office.
