The Space
Villa La Pau is a modest semi-detached villa with private pool and sea views, located just a few metres from the commercial zone and the beach, making this property a popular one. The two storey house with private entrance comprises of three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The first floor is the main part of the house and includes a living/dining area with TV and free Wi-Fi internet, decorated in a menorcan style, an equipped kitchen with washer and dryer; two double rooms and a recently reformed bathroom. The good sized partially covered terrace is a perfect setting for al-fresco dining.
Downstairs, at the same level as the pool, there is a double bedroom with shower room and a small lounge area. This part of the house has its own entrance and is totally independant from the rest of the property. The pool area has a large terrace, a practical outside shower and, of course, the swimming pool.
Flexible changeover day (minimum stay 7 nights).
Location
Being one of the larger dedicated Menorcan holiday resorts Son Bou has a wide range of activities to offer for the perfect beach holiday, including various water sports – kayaking, waterskiing, banana boat rides, snorkeling, pedalos. In addition, it also has a beautiful sandy beach backed with extensive sand dunes, not concrete hotel blocks. Ideal for families with younger children and those just looking for a relaxing holiday.
Night life at Son Bou is varied with restaurants, bars, shops, hotels and a ten pin bowling hall and entertainments centre. Alternatively you can venture into nearby Alaior early mornings and evenings to wander through the old towns’ pretty streets or travel to Mahon or Es Castell with their lively harbours and old towns for a wide range of shops, restaurants and nightlife.

As from 1st July 2016 the Balearic Government imposed a Tourism Eco Tax of 2.20€ (VAT included) for the first 8 nights stay per person per night. From the ninth night of the stay onwards, the amount is reduced to 1.10€ (VAT included) per person per night. The tax applies to all guests over the age of 16 and is payable on arrival at the property managers check-in reception in office.
