The Space
This is a comfortable 4 bedroomed villa located in Son Remi, completely renovated last year. There are two doubles and two twins, beds for 8 people with two full bathrooms. The open plan American bar kitchen has a large high table for indoor dining and all the necessary appliances to make you stay very easy and pleasant. The lounge is a light and comfortable space for relaxing.
The villa has a pleasant swimming pool area with space to rest under a shade sail or bath in the sun. There is also a covered terrace with an outdoor lounge, a shaded patio for dining at the back of the house and a table in the garden for al fresco dining. There is air conditioning in all rooms.
Location
Son Remi is an area very close to the Punta Prima urbanization, it is around a 15 to 20 minute walk to the beach, shops, restaurants, super markets, rent a car and street night markets. Punta Prima beach is the nearest but other beach's such as Binisafua and Binibeca are not too far away. The Son Ganxo cove is a few minutes on foot and the historical Torre de Son Ganxo. The splash water park is also within walking distance a great place to spend a family holiday with something for everyone.

As from 1st July 2016 the Balearic Government imposed a Tourism Eco Tax of 2.20€ (VAT included) for the first 8 nights stay per person per night. From the ninth night of the stay onwards, the amount is reduced to 1.10€ (VAT included) per person per night. The tax applies to all guests over the age of 16 and is payable on arrival at the property managers check-in reception in office.
