The Space
This spectacular villa is located on a plot of 1,000 square meters, with wonderful sea views. It comprises of four double bedrooms, each with twin beds, one with en-suite and all with ceiling fans and A/C. There are two additional family bathrooms. There is a spacious living room that has been tastefuly decorated with comfortable furniture and TV and DVD (with limited English channels), a few steps up you will find the dining room. The kitchen is well equipped with a gas hob, electric oven, refrigerator and dishwasher, all you could need for a self-catering holiday. Adjoining is a small laundry room with washing machine. Free Wi-Fi.
The exterior of the villa consists of a covered terrace that has been furnished with outdoor dining furniture that is perfect for al-fresco dining. In addition to this, there is also a wonderful swimming pool with a spacious terrace surrounded by sun loungers and a garden area with lawn and barbecue. All these areas enjoy some stunning sea views.
Location
This stunning villa is located in S'Atalaya, an urbanization close to Binibeca Nou, which is well known for its white sandy beach, with all services (sun loungers, parasols, etc) and one of Menorca's most typical beach bars, "Los Bucaneros". The beach has easy mooring facilities for boats, and is ideal for snorkeling and/or fishing. In general terms, Binibeca is a very relaxed resort, with no hotels, though a good selection of restaurants, bars and a couple of supermarkets. In addition to this, it is also situated close to Punta Prima and it beautiful beach with clearwaters and fantastic restaurants.

As from 1st July 2016 the Balearic Government imposed a Tourism Eco Tax of 2.20€ (VAT included) for the first 8 nights stay per person per night. From the ninth night of the stay onwards, the amount is reduced to 1.10€ (VAT included) per person per night. The tax applies to all guests over the age of 16 and is payable on arrival at the property managers check-in reception in office.
