The Space
VILLA BINI VENT is an elegant and spacious villa close to the beach in Binibeca Vell. This villa overlooks the sea, offers a terrace with comfortable furniture, a spacious garden, a large private pool and free Wi-Fi.
The villa has new and very quiet split air conditioning, 4 bedrooms, 2 doubles and 2 twins and 2 bathrooms, 1 en suite, a large living room area with a view and access to the terrace, ideal for being with the family and dining outdoors, pool and barbecue. Dining area and fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances for a perfect stay. It has smart satellite TV. During the months of July and August, arrivals and departures will only be on Saturdays.

VILLA BINI VENT is very close to the famous fishing village of Binibeca Vell where you can find several restaurants to go to dinner, bars, shops where you can enjoy taking a nice walk, supermarkets and Just 1 km approx. this beach of Binibeca Nou, famous for its white sand and crystalline water, also near the villa there are platforms where you can swim off the rocks as if you were in a natural pool
The closest town is Sant Luis, which is only about 5 km away and the airport is only 12 km from the town.
In the surroundings you will find the beaches of Binisafua and Binisafua.

As from 1st July 2016 the Balearic Government imposed a Tourism Eco Tax of 2.20€ (VAT included) for the first 8 nights stay per person per night. From the ninth night of the stay onwards, the amount is reduced to 1.10€ (VAT included) per person per night. The tax applies to all guests over the age of 16 and is payable on arrival at the property managers check-in reception in office.
