Villa 50 Son Bou, has two levels on the ground floor, 5 large double rooms, 3 with an en-suite bathroom and another 2 with single beds with a shared bathroom. One with a double shower and 3 of the bedrooms have direct access to the pool. On the first floor there is a large common room with a fully equipped kitchen with fantastic sea views and a living-dining room with a large wooden table and access to a spectacular terrace with fantastic sea views.
The outdoor spaces are one of the strong points of this beautiful villa. The huge covered terrace with lounge area and barbecue makes summer nights even more special. Lovely pool area on the lower terrace with comfortable sun loungers and parasols.
Location
Being one of the larger dedicated Menorcan holiday resorts Son Bou has many facilities to offer for the perfect beach holiday. Water sports – Kayaking, Watersking,banana boat rides, snorkeling, pedalos and a long, long sandy beach backed with extensive sand dunes,not concrete hotel blocks. Ideal for families with younger children and those just looking for a relaxing holiday. Night life at Son Bou is varied with restaurants, bars, shops, hotels and a ten pin bowling hall and entertainments centre. Alternatively you can venture into nearby Alaior early mornings and evenings to wander through the old towns’ pretty streets or travel to Mahon or Es Castell with their lively harbours and old towns for a wide range of shops, restaurants and nightlife.

As from 1st July 2016 the Balearic Government imposed a Tourism Eco Tax of 2.20€ (VAT included) for the first 8 nights stay per person per night. From the ninth night of the stay onwards, the amount is reduced to 1.10€ (VAT included) per person per night. The tax applies to all guests over the age of 16 and is payable on arrival at the property managers check-in reception in office.
