Villa Arcola is a stunning detached villa located on the front line with incredible sea views. It benefits from air conditioning in the sitting room and main bedroom. Villa Arcola is a brand new villa, built two years ago and as such is modern in design and equipped to a high standard.

The villa is situated 1.000m from the lovely sandy beach of Binibeca, although if you prefer you can swim off the rocks right in front of the villa.

There are four spacious bedrooms, all double rooms, one with a double bed and en-suite bathroom, another with twin beds and en-suite bathroom, two other twin bedrooms that share a further shower room. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary household appliances: hob, oven microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and washing machine together with all crockery and cooking utensils needed for a self-catering holiday.

Outside there are both covered and uncovered terraces, with amazing sea views, surrounded by a large garden area. The pool is a generous 9x5m and has roman steps.
