A small hall welcomes us offering open access to the common areas and the hallway of the house's dependencies. Spacious living room with dining room on a double level, all in the same open space with access to the porch and garden.
It has a large fully equipped kitchen where you can cook any of your favorite dishes. With access to the outdoor porch.
It has a laundry room with a washing machine and an outdoor drying area.
It consists of two bedrooms with single beds and a third bedroom with a double bed. These share two bathrooms with a shower.

Its fourth room is the main room, with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower and access to the terrace, garden and pool.

The villa has air conditioning in all the bedrooms.

Outside there is a private pool with a grassy area and a sun terrace with comfortable sun loungers where you can enjoy a few moments of relaxation. The house has a large porch with BBQ. Large terrace with partial views of the sea. On the porch you can enjoy a dining area to enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner and another area with comfortable sofas to enjoy the views and unforgettable sunsets.

Villa Alberto is in a very quiet residential area. In its vicinity, one kilometre away, you will find Binibeca Nou Beach, the town of Cala Torret, where you can enjoy a supermarket and a selection of restaurants to taste Mediterranean and international cuisine.About 3 kilometers away are the beaches of Punta Prima and Binisafua. About 5 kilometers away you will find the beautiful town of San Luis and 12 km from Mahón airport.

Binibeca Nou is well known for its white sandy beach, with all services (sun loungers, parasols, etc) and one of Menorca's most typical beach bars, "Los Bucaneros". The beach has easy mooring facilities for boats, and is ideal for snorkeling and/or fishing. In general terms, Binibeca is a very relaxed resort, with no hotels, though a good selection of restaurants, bars and a couple of supermarkets. In addition to this, it is also situated close to Punta Prima and it beautiful beach with clearwaters and fantastic restaurants.
