The Space
Lovely mediteranean style single storey villa located very close to the shops and amenities in Son Bou. The villa comprises of a superb living/dining room with air-conditioning, free Wi-Fi and TV. Through an archway you can access a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, oven, ceramic hob, kettle, toaster, juicer, blender and coffee machine. There are three bedrooms, the master bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom and air-conditioning. The other two bedrooms both have twin beds, ceiling fans and they share a full bathroom.
The exterior of the villa is split into two areas: firstly there is a large swimming pool area with fully furnished terrace for taking in the sunshine and the sea views. The second area has more wonderful sea views with ample terrace and a built in BBQ area ideal for family dining. There is private off road parking with steps up to the exterior terrace and entrance.
Location
Being one of the larger dedicated Menorcan holiday resorts Son Bou has a wide range of activities to offer for the perfect beach holiday, including various water sports – kayaking, waterskiing, banana boat rides, snorkeling, pedalos. In addition, it also has a beautiful sandy beach backed with extensive sand dunes, not concrete hotel blocks. Ideal for families with younger children and those just looking for a relaxing holiday.
Night life at Son Bou is varied with restaurants, bars, shops, hotels and a ten pin bowling hall and entertainments centre. Alternatively you can venture into nearby Alaior early mornings and evenings to wander through the old towns’ pretty streets or travel to Mahon or Es Castell with their lively harbours and old towns for a wide range of shops, restaurants and nightlife.

From the ninth night of the stay onwards, the amount is reduced to 1.10€ (VAT included) per person per night. The tax applies to all guests over the age of 16 and is payable on arrival at the property managers check-in reception in office.
