The Space
The resort has been completely renovated and the villas are equipped with a fresh and Mediterranean style. They have 2 double rooms with a full bathroom, air conditioning and windows with sea views. The common area is unique and consists of a large space, with a living room. The kitchen is open and fully equipped, dishwasher and coffee maker.
The villas have Wifi Internet. Each villa in this complex offers the guest a private and unique environment, where they can enjoy a magnificent sunset from their private terrace.
Outside they have a large community pool, solarium terrace with sea views and equipped with outdoor furniture.
The complex is located 600 meters from the Son Bou Shopping Center, with an extensive selection of restaurants and bars. And 800 meters away is Son Bou beach.
Location
Son Bou Sunset Apartments are situated on the lower part of the San Jaime hill, only 200mts from the Club San Jaime Square, with its supermarket, bakery, scuba diving school, private medical centre, restaurant, club and public bus stop. However within a 400 meter walk you have an abundance of further dining, shopping and entertainment features as well as the road down to the beach.The beach stretches for over 3Km, so there's plenty of bathing space to enjoy.

As from 1st July 2016 the Balearic Government imposed a Tourism Eco Tax of 2.20€ (VAT included) for the first 8 nights stay per person per night. From the ninth night of the stay onwards, the amount is reduced to 1.10€ (VAT included) per person per night. The tax applies to all guests over the age of 16 and is payable on arrival at the property managers check-in reception in office.
