The Space
These apartments are newly reformed and refurbished in a modern Mediterranean style. All the apartments face south and are either ground floor with covered terrace or first floor with sunny terrace. They are light bright and airy fully equipt with everything you need for a self catering holiday.
The lounge-dining area and kitchen are open plan and simply furnished with all basic requirements. There is also A/C and free WiFi.
These apartments have three bedrooms; the first is a twin-bedded double room with access to a neat little back terrace
and the second is smaller with two individual beds. All have built-in wardrobes, and ceiling fans. They also have a bathroom with bath and its shower accessory, washbasin and toilet.
Son Bou Gardens is a consolidated and extensive complex of apartments, ideal for families with children. The apartments are built in classical Mediterranean style with pools and surrounded by delightfully spacious lawned gardens. These popular apartments are found in the lower part of San Jaime a few metres away from the shops and the beach of Son Bou. Flexible arrival day, allocation is on arrival.
Location
Being one of the larger dedicated Menorcan holiday resorts Son Bou has a wide range of activities to offer for the perfect beach holiday, including various water sports – kayaking, waterskiing, banana boat rides, snorkeling, pedalos. In addition, it also has a beautiful sandy beach backed with extensive sand dunes, not concrete hotel blocks. Ideal for families with younger children and those just looking for a relaxing holiday.
Night life at Son Bou is varied with restaurants, bars, shops, hotels and a ten pin bowling hall and entertainments centre. Alternatively you can venture into nearby Alaior early mornings and evenings to wander through the old towns’ pretty streets or travel to Mahon or Es Castell with their lively harbours and old towns for a wide range of shops, restaurants and nightlife.

As from 1st July 2016 the Balearic Government imposed a Tourism Eco Tax of 2.20€ (VAT included) for the first 8 nights stay per person per night. From the ninth night of the stay onwards, the amount is reduced to 1.10€ (VAT included) per person per night. The tax applies to all guests over the age of 16 and is payable on arrival at the property managers check-in reception in office.
