The Space
2 and 3 bedroom apartments with air-con and heating, free wifi, TV and a property safe. The Son Bou Playa Apartments are situated in the lower flat area of the resort. They are surrounded by ample lawns and neighbour the poolside area of the Club San Jaime. The apartments are either ground floor or first floor properties and have two double bedrooms to the rear of the property each and the 3 bedroom apartments have a bedroom with bunkbeds.
The apartments where fully refurbished in 2011 and have central air conditioning and heating, plasma TV and a property safe.
The integral fully fitted kitchen has an electric vitro ceramic hob and an oven; there is also a microwave, a fridge with freezer compartment,a toaster and kettle. There are crockery and kitchen utensils for four guests.
The ground floor apartments have a south facing covered terrace and a rear covered patio.
The first floor apartments have an open south facing terrace with a rear covered patio.
Location
Just a short small stroll away there is a large communal pool and the Club San Jaime Restaurant and Square.
Within this square you find a supermarket, a private medical centre, a scuba diving school, a bakery, a souvenir shop, a maze, water chute and the bus stop. The main resort of Son Bou is about 300mts away and the beach 900mts from the apartments.

As from 1st July 2016 the Balearic Government imposed a Tourism Eco Tax of 2.20€ (VAT included) for the first 8 nights stay per person per night. From the ninth night of the stay onwards, the amount is reduced to 1.10€ (VAT included) per person per night. The tax applies to all guests over the age of 16 and is payable on arrival at the property managers check-in reception in office.
