This pretty villa comprises of a spacious and fresh living/dining room area, equipped with a TV (with IPTV channels), a DVD player and Wi-Fi Internet. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge/freezer, a microwave and a dishwasher.  There is a separate utility area just outside the kitchen with a washing machine and ample hanging space.  The bedrooms are comprised of one double room, two twin rooms and one bunk-bedded room that is only suitable for very small children (please speak to us before confirming the use of this room).  The master bedroom and the twin bedrooms are air-conditioned and they share two bathrooms both with bath and shower.

The living/dining room has direct access out onto the outdoor terrace, where there is another dining area with table and chairs, a built-in BBQ, outdoor furniture (sofas and chairs) and views down to the beach. Down a small flight of stairs is the 8x5m swimming pool, surrounded by a lawned area and also a paved sun terrace.  The pool is gated off with a traditional Menorcan gate to ensure the safety of children.  Here there are sun loungers and an outdoor shower for the guests' convenience. There is also an upper roof terrace with a table and two chairs with further views out onto the Mediterranean Sea.
