This cherished home away from home comprises of an open plan living/dining with a flat screen TV with limited English channels and DVD player, a small kitchen that has everything you need for a self-catering holiday including a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee maker.  There is a gas hob and electric oven.  The washing machine can be found in a small cassita outside.  To the right of the lounge is a single bedroom (although there is room for a second single bed should you require it), this room has a fitted wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table, a ceiling fan and a flat-screen TV.  Opposite this bedroom is a shower room with wc, vanity sink and a walk-in shower. To the left of the lounge are two double bedrooms (one with twin beds, the other with a double bed) each have a fitted wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside tables.  These two bedrooms share a family bathroom with loo, bidet, sink, bath with a shower over.  

The exterior of this property comprises of a terrace which provides plenty of shade for al-fresco dining and then steps lead down to the pool which has roman steps access.  The pool has a safety fence which can be used on request if you have small children.  There is plenty of room around the pool for ample sunbeds. The villa has a portable BBQ.  In the garden there is a fig, lemon, orange and peach tree providing plenty of fruit during the summer months as well as olive trees and lots of lovely plants.  Upstairs there is a roof terrace with plenty of room to sunbathe, and amazing sea views.
