The Space
Villa Bini Segui consists of two floors, each of which posed as an independent house, connected by an external staircase that surrounds the tower. Both floors have been completely renovated in January 2012, and have air conditioning with heat pump. It is an ideal property for two families who want to share your vacation, but with some independence and privacy with children of different ages, etc. Both floors enjoy spectacular panoramic sea views from both terraces and from the living rooms and bedrooms. Villa Bin Segui is located in a fantastic position in second sea line near the charming Fishermen 's Village and 5 minutes walk from the beautiful and tranquil beach of Binibeca.
Location
Villa Bini Segui is ideal for two families. In an environment of absolute tranquility and calm, but with all services at hand for a comfortable stay (supermarket with restaurants daily newspaper, bars and playground), our customers also have right in front of the house of platforms for bathing and taking sun, wonderful walks along the sea, tourist train, city bus, etc. Access from the airport is quick and simple, about twelve minutes. The beach and various bars/restaurants are within 200 meters.

As from 1st July 2016 the Balearic Government imposed a Tourism Eco Tax of 2.20€ (VAT included) for the first 8 nights stay per person per night. From the ninth night of the stay onwards, the amount is reduced to 1.10€ (VAT included) per person per night. The tax applies to all guests over the age of 16 and is payable on arrival at the property managers check-in reception in office.
