The Space
The complex has 10 apartments, with 2 or 3 bedrooms, all sharing a pool and well kept garden surroundings. They are just 30 meters away from the Binisafua beach. Classy menorcan style decor but equipped with all the necessary appliances for an enjoyable family holiday. Each apartment has it's own terrace, built in barbecue and terrace furniture for al fresco living.
The 3 bedroom apartments are located in 2 areas. Next to the pool, on the west side, are numbers 3, 4 & 5. Crossing a non-traffic street are J, K & L.
All apartments are distributed in a single ground floor with three double bedrooms with single beds, one full bathroom, a cloakroom, an open plan, fully fitted kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, gas cooker/oven, fridge/freezer and a dining/living room with TV and free Wi-Fi, with direct access out onto the terrace and swimming pool area.
And outside area comprises of a barbecue, garden area and communal swimming pool area that is surrounded by sun loungers.:
Location
Binisafúa Playa is one of the least massified resorts of the south-east coast of Menorca. With no hotels and limited services. Just one restaurant in the area makes ideal for those who don't mind the lack of certain facilities to gain tranquillity, interrupted only by the occasional landing of a plane, as the area is in line with the local airport. There is also a little sandy beach in the area and many rocky platforms, known as "S'Escalo Blanc"

As from 1st July 2016 the Balearic Government imposed a Tourism Eco Tax of 2.20€ (VAT included) for the first 8 nights stay per person per night. From the ninth night of the stay onwards, the amount is reduced to 1.10€ (VAT included) per person per night. The tax applies to all guests over the age of 16 and is payable on arrival at the property managers check-in reception in office.
