The Space
Finca Llucasaldentet offers magnificent sunsets and dinners on the terrace accompanied by fine wine and shared with the family or a group of friends. There are wonderful views from the house and swimming pool of the beautiful countryside. The property is situated on the Alaior to Son Bou road, the Finca (Farmhouse) offers privacy for those who want to get away from everything, while at the same time remaining close. It is only 3 km from the beautiful Son Bou beach and 2 km from the characteristic town of Alaior which offers a lovely walk through the old town centre and holds a peculiar street market in the summer nights of August. All the rooms at the Finca have heating and the bedrooms have air-conditioning , and are spread over three levels. On the ground floor entering through the porch, there is an entrance hall with two bedrooms, one with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom, and the other with two single beds and en-suite bathroom, there is also a seperate bathroom on this floor. In the right-hand wing of the house, still on the ground floor, there is a living room with a sofa, armchairs and typical Menorcann decor, with a flat-screen TV and a DVD player. Adjacent to the living room you will find the kitchen and dining room, fully-equipped with an electric oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee-maker, etc... and this connects to the porch which usually becomes an original and practical dining room in summer. Climbing a few stairs, on the first floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom and another double bedroom with two single beds, this floor has a seperate bathroom also. On the second and highest floor is a small room designed for relaxation, which is also used room or playroom for the children, although we should mention that this last room is rather small and is located in an open space, it would not be suitable for young children without being accompanied by adults. The outside is broad and invites the guests to enjoy the beautiful sunset with Monte Toro one side and the other side, the Menorcan countryside. The property sleeps 8 people and has free wifi. Car necessary.
Location
Being one of the larger dedicated Menorcan holiday resorts Son Bou has a wide range of activities to offer for the perfect beach holiday, including various water sports – kayaking, waterskiing, banana boat rides, snorkeling, pedalos. In addition, it also has a beautiful sandy beach backed with extensive sand dunes, not concrete hotel blocks. Ideal for families with younger children and those just looking for a relaxing holiday.
Night life at Son Bou is varied with restaurants, bars, shops, hotels and a ten pin bowling hall and entertainments centre. Alternatively you can venture into nearby Alaior early mornings and evenings to wander through the old towns’ pretty streets or travel to Mahon or Es Castell with their lively harbours and old towns for a wide range of shops, restaurants and nightlife.

As from 1st July 2016 the Balearic Government imposed a Tourism Eco Tax of 2.20€ (VAT included) for the first 8 nights stay per person per night. From the ninth night of the stay onwards, the amount is reduced to 1.10€ (VAT included) per person per night. The tax applies to all guests over the age of 16 and is payable on arrival at the property managers check-in reception in office.
