Upon entering Casa del Mar you will find an open plan living/dining room area that is beautifully furnished by Indian Ocean and Neptune and is equipped with TV with English-language satellite channels, DVD player, Wi-Fi Internet and air-conditioning unit.  From here there are doors out onto the pool terrace.  The kitchen is also well equipped, with an oven, hob, dishwasher, large American Style fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave and crockery, utensils and cutlery.  Of the six bedrooms, three are double rooms and three are twin rooms.  The master suite has a unique layout, with a super-king sized bed, a sunken bath, a shower/WC and a fitted double wash basin unit.  A second double also has a super-king sized bed and ensuite bathroom.  The three twin rooms have two single beds each and they share a family shower room and additional WC.  All the bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and have air-conditioning units installed. The last double bedroom is in the adjacent cottage, that has a super-king sized bed, an additional sofa bed, a shower room, and a kitchenette with a fridge, hob, toaster and a kettle.  It also has its own covered terrace with dining table, chairs, sun loungers and swing seat.

Available for 10 or 12 people, with a seperate cottage with double bedroom and bathroom.

The outdoor terrace and garden area is tastefully landscaped to be a lovely place to both sunbathe and swim during the heat of the day but also to sit out and enjoy the warm summer evenings.  The 9 x 4,85m swimming pool with roman steps has the option of being heated at an extra cost and has a removable fence to ensure the safety of children. Pool/Beach towels also provided. On the terrace there is Indian Ocean rattan lounging furniture, a table and chairs, and a BBQ for dining al fresco.  It is an extremely child friendly villa, thanks to the removable fence, but also plenty of baby equipment and a children's play area on the large lawned area.
