The Space
Villa Mar is a simple, semi-detached villa with private pool and fantastic sea views, ideally situated just a stones throw from the resort centre and the beach. The villa has its own private entrance and parking space. The generously sized, bright entrance area with sea views leads through to a comfortable living and dining room with separate kitchen, two double bedrooms – one with an additional sofa bed and the other an en-suite bathroom - a single bedroom, and a family bathroom. The focal point of the outside area is the private swimming pool with sea views, complete with everything required to enjoy the sun. A private rear terrace offers a built-in barbecue and outdoor furnishings, ideal for al-fresco dining. Flexible changeover day (mimnimum stay 7 nights). It is also important to mention that there is no Wi-Fi.
Location
Being one of the larger dedicated Menorcan holiday resorts Son Bou has a wide range of activities to offer for the perfect beach holiday, including various water sports – kayaking, waterskiing, banana boat rides, snorkeling, pedalos. In addition, it also has a beautiful sandy beach backed with extensive sand dunes, not concrete hotel blocks. Ideal for families with younger children and those just looking for a relaxing holiday.
Night life at Son Bou is varied with restaurants, bars, shops, hotels and a ten pin bowling hall and entertainments centre. Alternatively you can venture into nearby Alaior early mornings and evenings to wander through the old towns’ pretty streets or travel to Mahon or Es Castell with their lively harbours and old towns for a wide range of shops, restaurants and nightlife.

As from 1st July 2016 the Balearic Government imposed a Tourism Eco Tax of 2.20€ (VAT included) for the first 8 nights stay per person per night. From the ninth night of the stay onwards, the amount is reduced to 1.10€ (VAT included) per person per night. The tax applies to all guests over the age of 16 and is payable on arrival at the property managers check-in reception in office.
