The Space
Casa Dina is situated in the middle of the countryside, guaranteeing tranquillity, making for a relaxing holiday.
There is porch area with a built-in barbeque and table and chairs for outdoor dining, and the swimming pool which measures 8m x 3m is surrounded by sunbathing terraces.
The property is distributed on three floors. The ground floor comprises of a lounge/kitchen/dining room with a double sofa-bed.
The first floor consists of a twin bedroom, 1 full bathroom (accessed via a few steps, this floor is almost at ground level).
Finally, on the second floor you will find adouble bedroom (this floor is a few steps higher than the first floor).
Location
Casa Dina is a small rural house is surrounded by typical Menorcan countryside. The property is situated 5km from the village of Fornells, which is famous for its variety of fish restaurants. The large interior towns, Alaior and Es Mercadal, where all local amenities can be found, are less than 10km from the property. The unspoilt north beaches, Binimelá and Pregonda, are less than 10 minutes drive from the property, and Son Parc, where you will find the only golf course on the island, is also 10 minutes by car.

As from 1st July 2016 the Balearic Government imposed a Tourism Eco Tax of 2.20€ (VAT included) for the first 8 nights stay per person per night. From the ninth night of the stay onwards, the amount is reduced to 1.10€ (VAT included) per person per night. The tax applies to all guests over the age of 16 and is payable on arrival at the property managers check-in reception in office.
