The Space
Finca Binizamoch is a magnificent farmhouse that was completely renovated in 2002 to an extremely high standard, whilst still maintaining the original characteristics of the house. A 200m country lane leads to the house which is situated on top of a hill, with excellent views of the Menorcan countryside and pine forests.
The house comprises of four bedrooms: one double, two twin beds with en-suite (both shower rooms) and one twin without en-suite. There is also a full bathroom and a shower room. The kitchen is fully equipped allowing for a self-catered holiday. The living room is also equipped with TV, DVD and CD player.
It also incorporates the necessary comforts for modern day living, such as a washing machine.
The exterior of this property comprises of a private, fenced swimming pool (9 x 4m with Roman steps) that is surrounded by a grass area where children can play.
Privacy and tranquillity are guaranteed as the farmhouse does not have neighbours nearby.
Location
This magnificent farmhouse is situated on the Mahon to Fornells road, is set on a hill with breathtaking views over the open countryside. It is 5km from the natural harbour of Addaia and close to the beach of Arenal d'en Castell. It is also close to the unspoilt beaches, Favaritx, Cavalleria, and Pregonda, in the north of the island. The port and city of Mahon is less than 10 minutes by car and the port of Fornells is 12km away. A car is recommended.

As from 1st July 2016 the Balearic Government imposed a Tourism Eco Tax of 2.20€ (VAT included) for the first 8 nights stay per person per night. From the ninth night of the stay onwards, the amount is reduced to 1.10€ (VAT included) per person per night. The tax applies to all guests over the age of 16 and is payable on arrival at the property managers check-in reception in office.
