The Space
Villa Charlotte is a single storey detached villa that has been tastefully decorated with comfortable and modern furniture. It comprises of a living room with TV and DVD, dining room, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. There are also three bedrooms, two doubles and one twin. One family bathroom and one shower room. All rooms have a ceiling fan.
The exterior of this property is a good sized garden with indigenous plants and a sunbathing terrace with a swimming pool of 8 x 4m. In addition, there is a canopy with a table and chairs underneath, perfect for al-fresco dining.
Location
The villa is located in Binisafúa, a small urbanization on the south east coast of the island. Binisafúa beach, with its white sand and crystal waters, is less than a 2 minute walk from the property. Other south coast beaches, Binibeca, Punta Prima, Alcaufar, can be reached within 10 minutes by car. There are two restaurants in Binisafúa, and all other local amenities including supermarkets, pharmacy and banks are 10 minutes by car at San Luis. The journey from the airport to the villa takes less than 15 minutes.

As from 1st July 2016 the Balearic Government imposed a Tourism Eco Tax of 2.20€ (VAT included) for the first 8 nights stay per person per night. From the ninth night of the stay onwards, the amount is reduced to 1.10€ (VAT included) per person per night. The tax applies to all guests over the age of 16 and is payable on arrival at the property managers check-in reception in office.
