Welcome to the charming villa complex located close to the picturesque beach of Son Bou. Traditional Menorcan Style: Each semi-detached villa features the distinctive charm of Menorcan architecture, with authentic details that create a welcoming and picturesque atmosphere.
The complex consists of two 2-bedroom villas and two 3-bedroom villas. These villas offer enough space to comfortably accommodate four or six people, perfect for families or small groups. Well-Distributed Spaces: The villas are designed for comfort and functionality, with a bright living-dining room that integrates with the fully equipped kitchen, including a washing machine for guests' convenience. Each villa features a full bathroom and a charming private terrace with partial sea views, where guests can relax and enjoy the Mediterranean climate. The villas share a communal garden area and pool, providing a quiet, safe space to enjoy the outdoors and breathing in the sea breeze.
The Location
Being one of the larger dedicated Menorcan holiday resorts Son Bou has a wide range of activities to offer for the perfect beach holiday, including various water sports – kayaking, water skiing, banana boat rides, snorkelling and pedalos. In addition, it also has a beautiful sandy beach backed with extensive sand dunes, not concrete hotel blocks. Ideal for families with younger and older children looking for a relaxing holiday but enough to keep everyone entertained. Night life in Son Bou is varied with restaurants, bars and shops to suit all budgets. Alternatively, you can venture into nearby Alaior (10 minutes on the bus) to wander through the old towns’ pretty streets or travel to Mahon, the capital (25 minutes on the bus) for larger shops, outdoor market Tuesday and Saturday, daily fresh fish market, a long harbour front with a wide selection of bars and restaurants and various boat trips are also available.

As from 1st July 2016 the Balearic Government imposed a Tourism Eco Tax of 2.20€ (VAT included) for the first 8 nights stay per person per night. From the ninth night of the stay onwards, the amount is reduced to 1.10€ (VAT included) per person per night. The tax applies to all guests over the age of 16 and is payable on arrival at the property managers check-in reception in office.
