Rental of Villa Bonita, with views to the Son Bou beach, on the south of Menorca. Ideal for large families with children, with private pool and 4 bedrooms. Good location and totally equipped.
With a mediterranean style and situated in one of the most exclusive areas of San Jaime. Located really close to the spectacular beach of Son Bou, it invites you to enjoy fabulous sea views offering at the same time an exclusive privacy to its guests.
The villa has got two floors, on the ground floor and at the same level, there’s a nice living room with direct access to a fully equipped kitchen, it also has a separate eating area.
On the ground floor and through the living room we get a direct access to the outdoor terrace, composed of two essential areas. The first area, equipped with comfortable furnishings and prepared for summer meals, it also includes a barbecue area to enjoy with the whole family. The terrace is covered with awnings and it is also protected with gates specially to avoid any problem with children.
The second area, where the pool is located, is wide and you will enjoy of a pleasant landscape with beautiful views to the sea, is enabled with outdoor furniture and also has a private bathroom with shower. Due to its privileged location, Villa Bonita is very close to the shopping centre and the beautiful Sandy beach of Son Bou, you can perfectly easily walk as the distance to the beach is only about 500mts.
The Location
Being one of the larger dedicated Menorcan holiday resorts Son Bou has a wide range of activities to offer for the perfect beach holiday, including various water sports – kayaking, waterskiing, banana boat rides, snorkelling and pedalos. In addition, it also has a beautiful sandy beach backed with extensive sand dunes, not concrete hotel blocks. Ideal for families with younger children and those just looking for a relaxing holiday.
Night life at Son Bou is varied with restaurants, bars, shops, hotels and entertainments centre, there is something for all ages. Alternatively, you can venture into nearby Alaior early mornings and evenings to wander through the old towns’ pretty streets or travel to Mahon or Es Castell with their lively harbours and old towns for a wide range of shops, restaurants and nightlife.

As from 1st July 2016 the Balearic Government imposed a Tourism Eco Tax of 2.20€ (VAT included) for the first 8 nights stay per person per night. From the ninth night of the stay onwards, the amount is reduced to 1.10€ (VAT included) per person per night. The tax applies to all guests over the age of 16 and is payable on arrival at the property managers check-in reception in office.
