Found in the quiet and rural village of Trepuco, close to Sant Lluis and Es Castell, this 1 bedroom Casita, located on its own private 5000 square metered plot, complete with large private pool, orchard and outdoor terrace areas, is ideal for a couples looking for a peaceful week away and is always popular with the many walkers and hikers who come to the island.
The house is comprised of a living/dining room area, comfortably furnished with a 2 seater sofa, dining table and chairs plus a TV with DVD player and English channels. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, oven, hob, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, washing machine and a full set of crockery, cutlery and utensils.
The one bedroom is off this area comprising of a Queen sized Double bed, fitted wardrobes and bedside tables. From the bedroom is the modern En Suite with WC, wash basin and a bath with overheard shower.
Both the bedroom and lounge/diner are air conditioned and the Casita and outside terrace areas have WiFi.
Outside the house is a real joy for those loving a more peaceful, relaxing holiday. On leaving the house you will come across a large terrace area, ideal for sunbathing and the Casita has two comfy sunbeds here. The terrace surrounds the large 8x4m roman styled, green tiled swimming pool. There is also a covered area of the terrace with a BBQ to allow for shaded dining.
The Casita is surrounded by beautiful gardens and an orchard to the rear. The Casita really is a dream location for couples looking for that tranquil week or 2 away.
