The Space
Villa Varadero is a classic family villa with large pool and terrace, situated in a quiet residential area in Torre Soli, near Son Bou. Built on three floors, the villa comprises of a large living room, fully furnished and a place where you can enjoy some fantastic views. Attached to the living room is the kitchen, equipped with everything you need for a self-catered holiday.
The first floor is where you will find the bedrooms. The ground floor there is a separate apartment from the rest of the house. In total, this property comprises of 5 bedrooms, a total of 7 bedrooms. There is a total of three full bathrooms.
The exterior of this property consists of a covered terrace, a brick-built barbecue and sink, perfect for al-fresco dining. Similarly, the pool terrace has been furnished with sunbeds and additional outdoor furniture.

Being one of the larger dedicated Menorcan holiday resorts Son Bou has many facilities to offer for the perfect beach holiday. Water sports – Kayaking, Watersking,banana boat rides, snorkeling, pedalos and a long, long sandy beach backed with extensive sand dunes,not concrete hotel blocks. Ideal for families with younger children and those just looking for a relaxing holiday. Night life at Son Bou is varied with restaurants, bars, shops, hotels and a ten pin bowling hall and entertainments centre. Alternatively you can venture into nearby Alaior early mornings and evenings to wander through the old towns’ pretty streets or travel to Mahon or Es Castell with their lively harbours and old towns for a wide range of shops, restaurants and nightlife.

From the ninth night of the stay onwards, the amount is reduced to 1.10€ (VAT included) per person per night. The tax applies to all guests over the age of 16 and is payable on arrival at the property managers check-in reception in office.
