The Space
This villa is located in the residential area of Torre Solí Nou. It is a single storey house with a private pool. Its privileged location gives you excellent views of the sea and Son Bou beach from different locations on the property. It offers you spaciousness, comfort and luminosity.
It is composed of a living-dining room with large glass doors that favour the entry of the sun and natural light, a spacious and fully equipped kitchen, four comfortable bedrooms and three bathrooms, two of them en-suite. The main bedroom has an independent exit to the terrace through which you can enjoy the beautiful views of the sea.
The air conditioning in all its rooms makes it very comfortable at any time of the year.
Its large covered outdoor terrace with barbecue area allows you to have an alternative dining room to enjoy the fantastic views while having lunch or to admire the amazing sunsets while having dinner in the open air.
The pool area offers you the possibility of sunbathing and enjoying the exterior of the house to the fullest.
It has private parking with capacity for two vehicles and a garden area.
Location
Being one of the larger dedicated Menorcan holiday resorts Son Bou has a wide range of activities to offer for the perfect beach holiday, including various water sports – kayaking, waterskiing, banana boat rides, snorkeling, pedalos. In addition, it also has a beautiful sandy beach backed with extensive sand dunes, not concrete hotel blocks. Ideal for families with younger children and those just looking for a relaxing holiday.
Night life at Son Bou is varied with restaurants, bars, shops, hotels and a ten pin bowling hall and entertainments centre. Alternatively you can venture into nearby Alaior early mornings and evenings to wander through the old towns’ pretty streets or travel to Mahon or Es Castell with their lively harbours and old towns for a wide range of shops, restaurants and nightlife.
The villas is only a few minutes walk from supermarkets, bakeries, shops, a selection of restaurants, cafes, bars, etc. and the fantastic beach of Son Bou.

As from 1st July 2016 the Balearic Government imposed a Tourism Eco Tax of 2.20€ (VAT included) for the first 8 nights stay per person per night. From the ninth night of the stay onwards, the amount is reduced to 1.10€ (VAT included) per person per night. The tax applies to all guests over the age of 16 and is payable on arrival at the property managers check-in reception in office.
