The house is divided into two floors, with all its rooms and installations equipped with the required items to get relaxed in front of the sea. On the first floor, there are two double rooms. Each of them have a wardrobe and two single beds. In addition to this, and in order to guarantee our customer's comfort, there is a loo next to both rooms, which also has a shower. Such a distribution allows customers to have a nice cohabiation during the days that they will spend at the house. 

In this same floor there are the living room and the kitchen too. They are both correctly provided with all the stuff that will make your stay comfortable and nice. In the kitchen you will also find the washing machine, which is placed in such a way that it does not take away any further space, Despite the fact that the kitchen does not have a dish washer, it does have all the required devices to cook, which will allow you to prepair any meal that you might like without any sort of inconvenience.

The living room, which is next to the kitchen, is extremely shining thanks to the door that leads to the terrace, where you will find a barbecue to have some fun during summer nights. It also has a little pool  to have a bath while you can see the sea at the Minorcan Southern Coast. Furthermore, there are six beach chairs near the pool, so that you can quietly sunbath.

Lastly, on the second floor there is another double room with a double bed, which contributes to create a spatial distribution of the property that assures you a lovely holiday, which is furtherly stressed by the air conditioner to help you to avoid the summer heat.
