The Space

Villa Nueva is a large villa that sleeps up to 12 people. It is located just 350 meters from the beach of Punta Prima. This property is a prime home for most of the year and therefore is well equipped with good quality furnishings. Four of the six bedrooms have air-conditioning as does the living/dining room and kitchen. The villa is built on two floors with a further bedroom in the attic. In total the villa comprises of a total of six bedrooms. The the first floor you will find the master bedroom and has an en-suite full bathroom a balcony with sea views, two twin bedrooms that share a full bathroom. On the ground floor you will find one double bedroom and one twin bedroom. Additionally, the ground floor also comprises of a lounge/dining room (TV, video, HIFI), a fully equipped kitchen (allowing for a self-catered holiday), one cloakroom and one shared full bathroom. The sixth bedroom is located in the attic and has a double bed and fold out sofa.

The exterior of the villa consists of a covered terrace with barbecue, and leads out onto the pool terrace that has been furnished with outdoor furniture that is perfect for sunbathing. The swimming pool measures 9m x 4m and has built in steps. Finally, there is also lawned area.
 

Location

Punta Prima is in the south east corner of Menorca.  Mahon, the island’s capital is 10km away so a journey from the airport is approximately 25 minutes. Nearby resorts include Binibeca and S’algar.

The center of Punta Prima, adjacent to the beach is where you’ll find a good selection of restaurants offering a range of international cuisine and Mediterranean dishes, as well as several bars.

There is a street market twice a week where you can buy locally made items and even have your hair braided. There is a chemist open 7 days a week and 24 hour doctors surgery. 

There are several shops near to the beach that offer a collection of accessories for the beach as well as numerous souvenirs from Menorca. There is also a car hire service located in the resort.

The beach at Punta Prima is perfect for families with shallow waters and crystal clear turquoise water. The resort and beach overlooks the famous “Isla Del Aire” a small island with a lighthouse and home to the famous black lizard.

The resort has a fun, land train service that travels the coast from Punta Prima to Binibeca. There are also very good bus services to and from Mahon via Sant Lluis.
