The Space
Villa Migjorn is a pleasant menorcan-style villa, situated in the Torre Soli Nou area of Son Bou with three bedrooms, large private pool (10m x 4m) and sea view. It stands out for its easy access and private parking with ramp – ideal for wheelchairs. Divided into a two storey property, the ground floor comprises of two double bedrooms which share a bathroom with bath, a well proportioned living/dining area with all necessary furniture (including a sofa bed) and satellite TV. To the side of the lounge the fully equipped kitchen is found, also with views of the pool and the sea.
Upstairs presents an original open plan master bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower. The villa has partial air-conditioning.
From the lounge one can access a covered terrace which has been furnished and has a small awning. The pool may be reached by way of a small but handy ramp. There is also a brick barbecue. The garden is very suitable for children.
Car necessary. Flexible changeover day (minimum stay 7 nights).
Location
Being one of the larger dedicated Menorcan holiday resorts Son Bou has a wide range of activities to offer for the perfect beach holiday, including various water sports – kayaking, waterskiing, banana boat rides, snorkeling, pedalos. In addition, it also has a beautiful sandy beach backed with extensive sand dunes, not concrete hotel blocks. Ideal for families with younger children and those just looking for a relaxing holiday.
Night life at Son Bou is varied with restaurants, bars, shops, hotels and a ten pin bowling hall and entertainments centre. Alternatively you can venture into nearby Alaior early mornings and evenings to wander through the old towns’ pretty streets or travel to Mahon or Es Castell with their lively harbours and old towns for a wide range of shops, restaurants and nightlife.

As from 1st July 2016 the Balearic Government imposed a Tourism Eco Tax of 2.20€ (VAT included) for the first 8 nights stay per person per night. From the ninth night of the stay onwards, the amount is reduced to 1.10€ (VAT included) per person per night. The tax applies to all guests over the age of 16 and is payable on arrival at the property managers check-in reception in office.
