The Space

The Villas Menorca Sur "Special" are a selection of three bedroom villas which have a higher specification and finish than the standard much enjoyed and comfortable Menorca Sur Villas. They are situated 2Km from the beach and commercial centre and enjoy views towards the countryside, gardens or have distant sea views.  There are eight villas in total, all of them with air-conditioning, widescreen satellite TV with a USB connection, Wi-Fi and a safe, free of charge.

Each villa has two double bedrooms with two beds. One room has an en-suite bathroom with a shower and there is also a full-size bathroom in the hallway. There is a large lounge and dining room as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a ceramic hob, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a fridge-freezer, a toaster, a juicer, a coffee machine and other appliances. The living room opens out onto a covered terrace and a swimming pool of approximately 7 x 4 m. The outside area is also fully equipped with a table, chairs and sun loungers as well as a barbecue. Each villa is surrounded by a lovely private garden with a variety of native plants. Car is necessary. 

Location

Being one of the larger dedicated Menorcan holiday resorts Son Bou has a wide range of activities to offer for the perfect beach holiday, including various water sports – kayaking, waterskiing, banana boat rides, snorkeling, pedalos. In addition, it also has a beautiful sandy beach backed with extensive sand dunes, not concrete hotel blocks. Ideal for families with younger children and those just looking for a relaxing holiday.

Night life at Son Bou is varied with restaurants, bars, shops, hotels and a ten pin bowling hall and entertainments centre. Alternatively you can venture into nearby Alaior early mornings and evenings to wander through the old towns’ pretty streets or travel to Mahon or Es Castell with their lively harbours and old towns for a wide range of shops, restaurants and nightlife.

These villas are 1.8km from the nearest supermarkets and other amenities and 2km from the beach. The airport and the port of Mahon are only 15 minutes by car and the picturesque town of Sant Lluis is only 10 minutes away.
