The Space
The gated garden leads into the south facing pool area, morning shade and afternoon sun, which is well furnished with sunbeds, a day bed, a corner seating/chill out area and dining table and chairs for 6 people. Outside there is also a built in bbq and an addtional dining area. The open plan living, dining and kitchen area has everything to make this a easy and efficient self catering experince. Full Uk tv package, Wifi, air con, large flat screen tv, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, 5 ring gas hob and fitted oven and all the other essential kitchen appliances. The two sizable doubles and twin room all have fitted wardrobes and air con and are all in close proximity to the family bathroom and seperate shower room.
The house also has heating in each room which makes it a good property for staying in out of high season, when the nights get chillier than they do during the summer. The air con is necessary in all rooms for comfortable living and sleeping in the warmer months, It is a highly recommended holiday home, perfect for families and guests looking for somewhere to relax.
Location
This lovely three-bedroom, two-bathroom villa is located in the popular resort of Calan Porter, conveniently close to the area’s variety of bars, restaurants and shops but still managing to remain quiet, peaceful and have plenty of privacy. Also close by is the beautiful white sandy beach of Calan Porter with a variety of water sports, sunbeds and parasols for hire and beach side bars and restaurants. Transfer from the airport is less than 15 minutes. A car is not necessary as the local bus route to the capital of Mahon is a 5 minute stroll away.

As from 1st July 2016 the Balearic Government imposed a Tourism Eco Tax of 2.20€ (VAT included) for the first 8 nights stay per person per night. From the ninth night of the stay onwards, the amount is reduced to 1.10€ (VAT included) per person per night. The tax applies to all guests over the age of 16 and is payable on arrival at the property managers check-in reception in office.
