The Space
Villa Carolina is a semi-detached villa with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, air-conditioning and free wifi. The property comprises of a spaceious living room with widescreen satellite TV with limited English channels, a fully equipped, open kitchen-diner with breakfast bar, a ceramic 2 ring hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, toaster, coffee maker, kettle and a washing machine. From the kitchen you can access a large covered barbecue area with built in barbecue, sink, and outdoor seating area that is great for al-fresco dining. The villa has 3 bedrooms in total, one master bedroom situated on the top floor with en-suite bathroom and air-conditioning and has sea views from the window; and two smaller bedrooms; one with bunk beds and one twin beds. Both sharing a family bathroom.
The exterior of this villa comprises of a covered terrace that can be access through large windows in the living room. There is also a large private pool that is surrounded by a terrace that has been furnished with ample sun loungers and patio furniture.
Location
Being one of the larger dedicated Menorcan holiday resorts Son Bou has a wide range of activities to offer for the perfect beach holiday, including various water sports – kayaking, waterskiing, banana boat rides, snorkeling, pedalos. In addition, it also has a beautiful sandy beach backed with extensive sand dunes, not concrete hotel blocks. Ideal for families with younger children and those just looking for a relaxing holiday.
Night life at Son Bou is varied with restaurants, bars, shops, hotels and a ten pin bowling hall and entertainments centre. Alternatively you can venture into nearby Alaior early mornings and evenings to wander through the old towns’ pretty streets or travel to Mahon or Es Castell with their lively harbours and old towns for a wide range of shops, restaurants and nightlife.

As from 1st July 2016 the Balearic Government imposed a Tourism Eco Tax of 2.20€ (VAT included) for the first 8 nights stay per person per night. From the ninth night of the stay onwards, the amount is reduced to 1.10€ (VAT included) per person per night. The tax applies to all guests over the age of 16 and is payable on arrival at the property managers check-in reception in office.
