You enter the property straight in to an open plan lounge, dining room and kitchen. From the lounge and dining room area are views on to the lawned garden, pool and sea.  There are three principal bedrooms, the Master has a double bed and is on the far end of the property from the dining area with terrace doors leading to the pool area and it has its own large en-suite bathroom with bath with shower over and a separate shower, bidet, sink and wc.  Two rooms are at the other end of the property leading from the lounge, both have fitted wardrobes and both have patio doors that lead on to the garden. These rooms share a large shower room with sink, walk in shower and wc.  There is a fourth bedroom that leads off a mezzanine that overlooks the lounge and again it has fitted wardrobes (please speak to us before confirming use of this room).

The kitchen has a dishwasher, electric hob and oven, fridge freezer,  microwave and all the crockery and utensils necessary for a self-catering holiday. The kitchen leads to a utility area which has a washing machine and a door which leads outside to a drying area at the side of the house.

Outside, you will find a well maintained garden with traditional Mediterranean flowers, bushes and trees.  A swimming pool with roman steps and brick built barbecue. From the pool terrace is a loo which can only be accessed from the outside which is useful. There is an outside table and chairs on the terrace where you can enjoy the beautiful sea views and watch the sun set over the horizon.
