The Space
Villa Abril is a modern villa located in the Binisafua area south east of Menorca, very close to the small beach of white sand and crystal clear water with the same name. Villa Abril is built on a slope, between one level and another there are about 3 to 4 steps. On the lower level we find a fairly spacious living room equipped with television and comfortable sofas, it has an open kitchen with a large island that has stools where you can sit down to eat but also has a dining table where you can take your meals together with your family , from here you have views of the terrace and pool area.
On the same level you will find a double room, a bathroom with shower. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances to make your favorite meals.
On the second level of Villa Abril you will find the laundry room, a children's room, a small office and the main room with en suite bathroom. Around the house there are different spaces to relax, it has a barbecue, a large terrace, garden and a large pool.
Location
Binisafua is only 12 km from the airport, nearby it is also in the town of Sant Lluis where you will find supermarkets and several shops. Just a couple of km away is the Binibeca Vell area where there are several restaurants and in the Binibeca Nou area you will find another beach. This April Villa is located in one of the privileged areas of the island, an ideal area for walking, biking and touring completely virgin areas of rocks to the sea.

As from 1st July 2016 the Balearic Government imposed a Tourism Eco Tax of 2.20€ (VAT included) for the first 8 nights stay per person per night. From the ninth night of the stay onwards, the amount is reduced to 1.10€ (VAT included) per person per night. The tax applies to all guests over the age of 16 and is payable on arrival at the property managers check-in reception in office.
