This beautiful newly reformed countryside villa has all the peace and quiet of the countryside but is only a short drive to the islands capital and a even shorter drive to the quaint fishing village of Es Grau.  The house consists of two floors, the entrance is upstairs to the light and airy lounge dining room complete with indoor dining area, chaise-longue sofa (convertible to a double bed), 50 inch smart TV, DVD and a beautifully restored cast wood stove.  The separate kitchen is also on this floor and has also been fully reformed and is now very modern and well equipped.  Going downstairs from the lounge you will find two double bedrooms one with en suite bathroom and both with fitted wardrobes  Although all rooms have ceiling fans the villa is very well ventilated being in the open countryside.  The villa has three outside terraces, on the north is a terrace with large swimming pool and solarium sunbathing space.  Also on the north is a path to the pinnacle of the estate from where there is a panoramic view of the Parc Natural de S'Albufera and a sea view.  On the south there is a 55 square terrace with beautiful teak table for 10 diners, a new awning and more spectacular views of the entire park.  Lastly on the east side is small terrace for breakfast with the sunrise.
