The Space

Villa Perla Nou is a beautiful villa located in the center of Binibeca Nou just 300 meters from the white sand beach of Binibeca.
This villa has been recently renovated and consists of 3 double bedrooms, one with a double bed and two with single beds, each one with air conditioning, it has 2 full bathrooms. The modern style kitchen, fully equipped with all the necessary appliances to make your stay very comfortable.

The terrace has a table and chairs where you can dine in the cool summer and canopy cover for when you need it, the gorgeous pool to swim and relax and then sunbathe on the loungers. You will enjoy distant views of the sea. The house is very well located, close to everything.

The Location

Binibeca Vell is well known for its charming Menorcan style and picturesque fisherman’s village. The entire area is close to the sea and you can find many hidden bathing areas around the rocky cliffs of the resort. The nearest beach is Binibeca Nou famous for its white sand and crystal clear water, there are also various platforms along the coast where you can swim from the rocks. Although the “Vell” name refers to old in Menorcan, the truth is this is the modern area of Binibeca. There are two small supermarkets and various restaurants also in the area. The closest town is Sant Luis, which is only about 5 km away and the capital Mahon only another 11 km.
In the surrounding area you will find the beaches of Binibeca, Binisafua and the Ses Ollas area.
