The Space

Villa Mapa is a spectacular modern-style house, which has been recently completely renovated both inside and outside, using exclusive and perfect materials for extraordinary finishes. This magnificent villa is located in the Binibeca Nou area, in the south of the island, in the San Luis area and only 700 m from the wonderful white sand beach and crystal clear waters of Binibeca Nou.
Villa Mapa consists of a main house with 3 double bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom. It has a dining room area and an open kitchen equipped with all the necessary appliances to make your stay perfect.
Outside you will find a separate building with 2 additional suites with double beds and bathrooms in each of them, making a total of 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms.
It has a covered terrace with a wooden table and chairs, a beautiful and large garden with grass, a large 12x5 pool, a solarium area with sun loungers and an umbrella. In the roof area you will find a solarium terrace with sofas and sea view.

The Location

Binibeca Nou is well known for its white sandy beach (sun loungers, parasols, etc) and the famous “Los Bucaneros” beach bar and restaurant. The beach has easy mooring facilities for boats, and is ideal for snorkelling and fishing. This is a very relaxed area with no hotels or large crowds though there is a good selection of restaurants, bars and a couple of supermarkets.
Close by is Binibeca Vell well known for its charming Menorcan style and picturesque fisherman’s village. The entire area is close to the sea and you can find many hidden bathing areas around the rocky cliffs of the resort. There are also various platforms along the coast where you can swim from the rocks. Although the “Vell” name refers to old in Menorcan, the truth is this is the modern area of Binibeca. There are two small supermarkets and various restaurants also in the area. The closest town is Sant Luis, which is only about 5 km away and the capital Mahon only another 11 km.
In the surrounding area you will find the beaches of Binibeca, Binisafua and the Ses Ollas area.

The nearest beach is Binibeca Beach, a cove of fine white sand and turquoise water, with a shaded picnic area at the rear and free restrooms. Free parking is available at the rear and along the roadside. It has a shallow sandy bottom and is lined on both sides by rocks for excellent snorkeling. The beach bar at Los Bucaneros (a converted fisherman's hut) serves freshly prepared basic meals, as well as snacks and hot and cold drinks. Kayaks and fun electric boats are available for rent from the beach. Sunbeds and umbrellas are available for hire. Behind the beach, you can enjoy ice cream, crepes, and other food and drinks. The warm, shallow waters of this bay make this resort very popular with families with young children, although the beach is large enough if you need some space.
