This beautiful four-bedroom villa is in Binibeca Vell. Walking distance from the old fishing village of Binibeca with plenty of restaurants to choose from, in addition Binibeca Nou is a short walk away with further restaurants and the very pretty Binibeca Beach. The newly installed kitchen, offers everything you will need for a self-catering holiday It has an integrated electric oven, microwave, electric hob, kettle and toaster. There is a large lounge diner with dining table which comfortably seats 8. There are three televisions in the property, one in the lounge, and then two of the bedrooms have one also. Each television has IPTV which includes all the UK channels plus extras.
All four of the bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and air conditioning. The master bedroom has a kingsize bed and en-suite with a large walk-in shower, basin and wc. A further kingsize bedroom also has an en-suite with large walk-in shower, basin and wc. There are also two bedrooms with twin beds that share a bathroom with bath with shower over, basin and wc. There is a separate utility room that has a washing machine and sink. The villa is in large grounds and has a small grassed area, well established plants and a larger than average pool for a villa of this size. There is a lovely terrace with brick-built barbecue, chairs to relax and enjoy the shade as well as plenty of sunbathing areas around the pool. There is also a roof terrace from where there are sea views.

The Location

Binibeca Vell is well known for its charming Menorcan style and picturesque fisherman’s village. The entire area is close to the sea and you can find many hidden bathing areas around the rocky cliffs of the resort. There are also various platforms along the coast where you can swim from the rocks. Although the “Vell” name refers to old in Menorcan, the truth is this is the modern area of Binibeca. There are two small supermarkets and various restaurants also in the area. The closest town is Sant Luis, which is only about 5 km away and the capital Mahon only another 11 km.
In the surrounding area you will find the beaches of Binibeca, Binisafua and the Ses Ollas area.

The nearest beach is Binibeca Beach, a cove of fine white sand and turquoise water, with a shaded picnic area at the rear and free restrooms. Free parking is available at the rear and along the roadside. It has a shallow sandy bottom and is lined on both sides by rocks for excellent snorkeling. The beach bar at Los Bucaneros (a converted fisherman's hut) serves freshly prepared basic meals, as well as snacks and hot and cold drinks. Kayaks and fun electric boats are available for rent from the beach. Sunbeds and umbrellas are available for hire. Behind the beach, you can enjoy ice cream, crepes, and other food and drinks. The warm, shallow waters of this bay make this resort very popular with families with young children, although the beach is large enough if you need some space.
