The Space

A stone's throw from the turquoise waters and beautiful white sands of Binibeca Beach or a short walk through the pretty cobbled streets of shops, bars and restaurants, Las Palmeras occupies a truly privileged location. Fantastic as the complex is, it will be difficult to part with the large private pool, which is sure to please all members of the family.

The established and well-maintained boundary blanket provides added privacy, creating the perfect retreat for relaxing and sunbathing.
It consists of 4 double rooms with air conditioning and 3 bathrooms, private pool and large terrace. And in the upper part of the house we find a large kitchen, with a table and chairs to have a coffee or to eat, a large living room with comfortable armchairs, a television and the four double bedrooms with 3 bathrooms that have been recently renovated.

The beach is on the other side of the main street from Bnibeca, so it will only take you a minute to enjoy the crystal clear waters of Binibeca beach.
Near Binibeca there are also the beaches of Binisafua or Punta Prima, the Binibeca Vell neighbourhood just 800 m. practically where the most famous fishing village on the island is located. This villa is also very close to the platform areas made in the rocks to be able to enjoy a pleasant bath in the sea without having to walk on the sand. It is a splendid and spacious house where you will spend wonderful days on this island.

The Location

Binibeca Nou is well known for its white sandy beach (sun loungers, parasols, etc) and the famous “Los Bucaneros” beach bar and restaurant. The beach has easy mooring facilities for boats, and is ideal for snorkelling and fishing. This is a very relaxed area with no hotels or large crowds though there is a good selection of restaurants, bars and a couple of supermarkets.
Close by is Binibeca Vell well known for its charming Menorcan style and picturesque fisherman’s village. The entire area is close to the sea and you can find many hidden bathing areas around the rocky cliffs of the resort. There are also various platforms along the coast where you can swim from the rocks. Although the “Vell” name refers to old in Menorcan, the truth is this is the modern area of Binibeca. There are two small supermarkets and various restaurants also in the area. The closest town is Sant Luis, which is only about 5 km away and the capital Mahon only another 11 km.

The nearest beach is Binibeca Beach, a cove of fine white sand and turquoise water, with a shaded picnic area at the rear and free restrooms. Free parking is available at the rear and along the roadside. It has a shallow sandy bottom and is lined on both sides by rocks for excellent snorkelling. The beach bar at Los Bucaneros (a converted fisherman's hut) serves freshly prepared basic meals, as well as snacks and hot and cold drinks. Kayaks and fun electric boats are available for rent from the beach. Sunbeds and umbrellas are available for hire. Behind the beach, you can enjoy ice cream, crepes, and other food and drinks. The warm, shallow waters of this bay make this resort very popular with families with young children, although the beach is large enough if you need some space.
