Located at the top of San Jaime hill, these villas have a privileged location, allowing the guest to live unforgettable moments while providing privacy at the same time.
Probably the best area in Villa del Mar is the terrace, with its panoramic views and its swimming-pool, from which you will be able to admire beautiful and romantic sunsets.
The villa is distributed in 2 floors. On the ground floor you will find a comfortable lounge area with large window that access the terrace. Next to this, the independent dining area with an open style kitchen, fully equipped. You will also find 3 double bedrooms, 2 with en-suite bathrooms, plus another independent bathroom. On the first floor, you will find the magnificent master bedroom, with a large double bed and en-suite bathroom. The views from here are breathtaking.
Due to its location at the top of the Hill, the distance to the beach of Son Bou and the shopping centre is about 1 Km. Although there’s an access stair to the centre, we recommend you to have a car as the slope is quite pronounced and the temperatures use to be quite hot, the walk is not accessible specially if there’re small children.

The Location

Being one of the larger dedicated Menorcan holiday resorts Son Bou has a wide range of activities to offer for the perfect beach holiday, including various water sports – kayaking, waterskiing, banana boat rides, snorkelling and pedalos. In addition, it also has a beautiful sandy beach backed with extensive sand dunes, not concrete hotel blocks. Ideal for families with younger children and those just looking for a relaxing holiday.
Night life at Son Bou is varied with restaurants, bars, shops, hotels and entertainments centre, there is something for all ages. Alternatively, you can venture into nearby Alaior early mornings and evenings to wander through the old towns’ pretty streets or travel to Mahon or Es Castell with their lively harbours and old towns for a wide range of shops, restaurants and nightlife.
