The Space

Villa Arena Blanca is a spacious single storey villa with air-conditioning, private pool, partial sea views and free Wi-Fi. It comprises of five bedrooms and three bathrooms. On entering the property, you will find a big hall and next to it is a bedroom with two single beds. There is a large open dining and living room which is separated by a step. Both areas have direct access out onto the covered terrace, garden and pool terrace. The master bedroom has a double bed and a spacious bathroom with separate bath and shower and direct access to the terrace. The hallway also leads to the remaining three bedrooms, all with two single beds each. Two bathrooms with showers. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances necessary for a self-catering holiday and has a small dining area, also with direct access out to the terrace. Additionally, there is a pantry, a laundry room with washing machine and access to an outside clothesline. There is a private swimming pool surrounded by garden area filled with native plants. The property has a spacious drive with a automatic wooden barriers. Car is necessary.

The Location

This villa is located in Son Ganxo a small urbanization on the South-East coast of the island. Not far from the beautiful urbanization of Binibeca. Binibeca is a quiet, idyllic and popular resort and is a perfect choice for holiday makers wanting to escape the noise and crowds of other more developed areas. You will not find any skyline destroying hotels or large holiday complexes here.
Binibeca is well known for its white sandy beach, with all services (sun loungers, parasols, etc) and one of Menorca's most typical beach bars, "Los Bucaneros". The beach has easy mooring facilities for boats, and is ideal for snorkeling and/or fishing. In general terms, Binibeca is a very relaxed resort, with no hotels, though a good selection of restaurants, bars and a couple of supermarkets.
